Refund policy

Products can be returned within 30 days (no returns accepted after 30 days). A 15% re-stock fee may be applied. Shipping charges and gift cards are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment. Merchandise to be returned must be in new, unused condition. Clearance items are all final sale items and cannot be returned. No credit will be given for any items which show evidence of:

• Having been installed.
• Having been used, scuffed, or scratched - not new as originally shipped.
• Having missing or removed parts, labels or instructions.
• Having been soiled or damaged.

Warranty 

Retro Manufacturing warranty: Motor 1B, Motor 2B, Motor 1DAB, Motor 2DAB are warrantied for one (1) year, Motor 4HD two (2) years. Speakers and other accessories one (1) year. For detailed warranty information check your owner’s manual. Clearance items have a one-year warranty for all motors and a 90-day warranty for all other items. 

Shipping Policy 

We ship via USPS (Priority Mail, etc.) and via FedEx (Ground, International). Shipping costs and options are listed when you check out. You will be notified via e-mail (providing you supplied a valid e-mail address that is not blocked or filtered) when your order has shipped. If your order is shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you were to place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, the package would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday. Orders received before 2 pm Pacific time typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 2 pm typically ship the next business day.

Please note that Retro Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible/nor subject to additional tariffs, taxes, customs or duty fees assessed by countries outside of the contiguous continental United States. Any VAT, taxes or fee assessments by the destination country are the purchaser's responsibility.
