Retro Manufacturing Return & Warranty Policy Detail

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase (no returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days). A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied for returns that come back disorderly or in an unsalable condition. Knobs, bezels, faceplates, shipping charges and gift cards are non-refundable. Returned merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment. Merchandise to be returned must be in new, unused condition. No credit or partial credit will be given for any items which show evidence of:

  • Having been installed
  • Having been used, scuffed, or scratched - not new as originally shipped
  • Having missing or removed parts, labels or instructions
  • Having been soiled or damaged
How to Return an Item: Please follow the below steps for the returns process.

  1. To begin the return process, please fill out the form below.
  2. A Retro Manufacturing employee will then reach out to you regarding your return within 3 business days.
  3. If your claim is accepted, a return authorization will be provided to you by the Retro Manufacturing employee, and it is required to return any item.
  4. Ship the item back and we will process your return.
  5. Any items sent without a written return authorization will be refused.

The consumer covers the cost of shipping returns to us. If we send a warranty replacement to you, we will cover the shipping cost.

No, all items from the clearance section are final sale items.

The package protection is non-refundable once the order ships. You will only receive a refund on your physical product.

Warranty

Your product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects in materials and workmanship. Retro Manufacturing, LLC (collectively referred to as
“the warranter”), at its option, will either (a) repair your unit with new or refurbished parts or (b) replace it with a new or refurbished unit. The warranty period starts from the original purchase date and is valid for the length of time indicated in the chart below. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the warranter.

During the warranty period, there will be no charge for warranty replacement parts. You must mail in your unit during the warranty period at your expense. This
warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Retro Manufacturing or an authorized dealer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of a new product that was not sold “as is.”


A purchase receipt or other proof of the original purchase date is required for warranty service. Please visit the warranty page for additional limits and
exclusions.


Clearance items have a one-year warranty for all motors and a 90-day warranty for all other items.

If you would like to purchase a warranty beyond what is offered above, we have partnered with Clyde to provide extended warranties on our products. They will allow you to warranty your products for up to 2 years beyond the manufacturers standard warranty. Once manufacturer’s warranty has expired all warranty claims will go through Clyde. Extended warranties can only be purchased with the unit and cannot be purchased at a later date
