The RetroSound® Dallas Radio is the perfect solution for 1980-84 Ford F-Series trucks with modified dashboards. Many of these beloved trucks have had their stereo openings modified to fit a DIN-sized radio. Radios from the late 1990s and early 2000s have a flashy, high-tech look that clashes with the truck's interior style. The Dallas can be installed with a slight modification to the cut dash opening, mimicking the style of 1980s Ford trucks. It includes officially licensed Ford logo, rounded push-buttons, a seek bar, with a flat black finish for a more period-correct look in your F-Series truck. The Dallas not only restores your retro aesthetic but also adds modern technology for excellent sound quality. It is available with the Motor 1B, Motor 2B, or Motor 4HD feature sets.
For 1980-84 F-Series trucks with an unmodified original factory dash, we highly recommend our RetroRadio, which fits perfectly without any alterations. However, if you prefer the look of the Dallas Radio, it can also be installed in the original dash with slight modifications to the factory trim.

RetroSound radios are a modular design. Assembly is required. This design allows for a more adjustable fit and to offer different style options. RetroSound Radios are only compatible with 12V negative grounding vehicles.
