How do I find my product?

You can search by product category on the left side of the page, enter your year/make/model into the vehicle search, or type what you're looking for into the search bar.

Prices are as marked. We do not price match or offer special pricing.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the same day if it was placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time. All orders placed after 2pm PST will ship on the following business day.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?

An item is missing from my shipment, or I received the wrong item.

What is your return policy?

You will need to contact tech@retromanufacturing.com or call 888.325.1555 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost) Any missing parts, knobs, shafts etc from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. Retro Manufacturing will not accept returned goods without prior authorization.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not have to create an account. Creating an account allows you to keep your information on file to make it easier for you to order from us in the future.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the login button at the top right side of the page. From there, you will see the option to either login or create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

Login to your account by clicking the login button at the top right side of the page. Enter your login details and press login. From there you can access your account information by clicking My Account at the top of the page next to the shopping cart button. If you need to make additional changes to your account, you may need to contact support at 888.325.1555.

I forgot my password.

You can simply go to the login screen and choose Forgot Password. An email will be sent to the address you used to create the account with details on how to reset your password. If you need assistance, you may contact us at 888.325.1555.

SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. If your location is not available in the shipping dropdown menu on the checkout page, check our dealer locator to find a dealer near you. If you have trouble finding a dealer in your location, feel free to contact us at 888.325.1555.

Do you ship to hotels?

We do not ship to hotels.

Your shipping cost will be calculated based upon the carrier, the weight and quantity of your order, your location and the delivery time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Most people in the United States will not be charged sales tax. For orders in Nevada and states or countries that require taxes on online orders, taxes will be charged.

How do I become a dealer?

You can contact our sales team at sales@retromanufacturing.com, use our live chat system, or call 888.325.1555 to request a dealer application. Usually, these applications are approved within 48 hours. Please speak with one of our sales representatives for more details.
